Return and Privacy Policy

My Little Child will offer refunds on certain items if you return unused items in their original condition with the original packing slip within 30 days of purchase (exceptions are listed on the product details pages). Order shortages, damages or discrepancies must be claimed within 5 days of receipt of your order. All returns must be in their original packaging with its original serial number and UPC code intact. We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Once the original item is returned, you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid (minus our Shipping & Handling costs).
A refused order will be handled as a returned order.
In the event of special promotions or discounts, My Little Child reserves the right to apply additional rules. Those rules will be posted on the relevant promotions pages at the time the offer is valid.
Returns on items that include the $6.95 Flat Rate Shipping and Free Shipping discounts will be credited for the item ONLY minus the original Shipping & Handling charges we incurred to ship the item(s) out to you.
We will NOT accept returns of for:
- Summer Infant products may only be returned if the item is defective. They may be returned and exchanged or credited only if defective. We can not issue a refund for any Summer Infant products. No exceptions.
- Englacha USA strollers and products can only be returned within 14 days (not 30 days). No exceptions.
- Chic Covers does not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in their product that can not be fixed. Because they are custom made, there are no returns or exchanges. No exceptons.
- Lucon Kids only accepts returns for manufacturing defects only. Any defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt and replacement item will be issued. No exceptions.
- Items with obvious signs of wear or abuse.
- Any product missing its UPC or serial number.
- Partially used personal hygiene products, thermometers or any health related product that is not in its original sealed packaging.
- Special order items, items that have been personalized with monograms, family names, baby names, pictures, art or other text.
- Holiday-themed items after the holiday.
- Final Sale Items.
Please note again that shipping charges are NONE refundable.
Before returning a product, contact My Little Child at the email address below to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number clearly visible on the packaging.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
Please email our Customer Service Department at customerservice@mylittlechild.com with the following information requesting a refund or exchange:
- Order number
- Product number and/or name.
- Reason for return.
- Note type of return (Refund or Replacement)
We will reply via email with a Return Material Authorization number (RMA#), which MUST be issued prior to My Little Child accepting any returns. Packages without an RMA number cannot be accepted at our warehouses. Please return items in their original box. Include the original packing slip, copy of the receipt, exchange or refund instructions and the RMA number. The RMA number should also be clearly visible and on the shipping label. Also, please make sure that the package is securely wrapped. Returned merchandise MUST be shipped back with a tracking number for us to track the return shipment.
Please arrange to have packages shipped to the address emailed to you with your authorized RMA number.
Again, please note that we can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, otherwise, shipping costs are your responsibility.

Privacy Policy

My Little Child does not release any personal information collected by us from you as a result of your doing business with us. Your name, address, credit card information, phone number, purchases and all correspondence with My Little Child are never released to any third party.
My Little Child may from time to time send emails or postal notices of special offers, safety and recall warnings or other product related information. If you do not wish to receive these messages send an opt-out email to: customerservice@mylittlechild.com.
