Shipping Information

MyLittleChild.com offers ground shipping to non US P.O. Box addresses and does not ship internationally. Please call us at (310) 383-8343 to get a price quote for expedited shipping needs. We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico with additional shipping surcharges ($45).

Most of our products ship within 5 business days of receiving your order; however some items may take longer to leave our warehouse. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Product shipments can take between 3 to 10 days to be delivered depending on the items purchased and the destination. You will be notified via email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Please Note: Certain products are shipped directly from the manufacturer or distributor and may not come directly from My Little Child’s warehouse. Multiple items in your order may be shipped from different locations and may arrive in multiple boxes on different dates.

Shipping charges are non-refundable with returns. The $6.95 Flat Rate Shipping and FREE Shipping are promotions. Should you need to return an item you will be refunded the full amount minus Shipping & Handling costs incurred, which are more than the discounted promotional shipping amounts.

Refusal of Delivery: If an order is refused, you will be responsible for all the shipping costs incurred by My Little Child and any other costs that occur during the delivery process.

Incorrect Shipping Information: If a package is returned to My Little Child due to an incorrect shipping address you provided, you will be responsible for all shipping cost and any redelivery charges that may apply.

NEVER accept or open a damaged package! Please call us immediately if you receive a damage package from us. If you open a damaged product without calling us you will be unable to return the item.
