Both men are in the private aviation business and had been doing business together for several years. As he walked out of the room the alarm sounded waking his wife up anyway. Wondering why such a wonderful product was not in the States, Jamie contacted Sagi and before long, they, along with Jamie's father, Lynn, decided to acquire the rights from the manufacturer, HiSense, to distribute the monitor throughout the United States and its territories. This led to the formation of the Babysense distribution company known today as BabySafe USA, LLC.
